What AI.Representative Does
AI.Representative helps you contact your elected representatives. You describe your position on an issue, we draft a personalized message using AI, and the Chrome extension fills in the representative's official contact form so you can review and submit it yourself.
What We Collect
We collect the following information when you create an account and use the app:
- Account: email address and password (password is hashed and never stored in plain text)
- Profile: name, mailing address, phone number, and name prefix — used only to fill your representatives' contact forms
- Messages: the issue description you provide and the AI-drafted message generated from it
- Submission records: a log of the form fields filled and an optional screenshot of the filled form, stored for your own reference
How We Use Your Data
- To auto-fill official representative contact forms on your behalf
- To store your message history so you can review past contacts
- To improve the accuracy of form filling for your representatives
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
The Chrome Extension
The AI.Representative Chrome extension:
- Activates on official government websites (
*.senate.gov,*.house.gov,*.texas.gov) to fill contact forms using your saved profile - Captures a screenshot and field log of the filled form, sent to our server for your records
- Never submits forms automatically — you always review the filled form and click Submit yourself
- Stores an authentication token in your browser's local extension storage to communicate with our server
- Does not read, modify, or access any other websites or browser data

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (US-based). Row Level Security ensures only you can read or write your own account data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Your Rights
You can update your profile information at any time on the Profile page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the address below.
